RBO Feature Requests

It would be nice if an edit feature was added to the contracts after they have been submitted. At this time if there is any type of error or discrepancy, or any addendums to the contract, you have to create a new contract and this is very time consuming.

Is there a way to bulk add contacts. We have a CSV of over 500 Contacts . Thanks Alecia

Still need a way to split a transaction between two agents for them to get proper sales credit. We've been asking for this for 2 years now. The "collaborator" feature doesn't split the finances or the sales reporting. When will this be added?

It's nice that RBO provides "mandatory" tasks for every transaction. It would be nice to be able to add other tasks that aren't "mandatory" but you're doing every transaction. So for example - "schedule appraisal" "Schedule inspection" "email introduction between clients and attorneys", etc.

It would be great to be able to import an excel or CSV file into the CRM on RBO. Thanks!

The reports show Office Revenue by Income Type. Add also the Gross Commission Income per Transaction type (before paying commissions). This is ncessary information. It is also requested every year for the E&O renewal applicaiton form. I requested this feature last year and didn't get a response.

Need fields for additional state license. Most of our future users will be dual licensed.
