RBO Feature Requests

We should be able to remove or archive inactive agents. I know there is a filter, but it makes sense just to archive so we do not have to filter each time we go to users. Or maybe default the filter to active?

Create a method to print and/or download a list or csv file containing the contact information for the "people" in the crm.

Please, please - we need to easily identify lead source. Our commission structure varies with lead source. Even a blank field would be helpful.

Can you add the feature so that we are able to upload a CSV with leads, opportunities, and contacts?

I see that we can enter the agents birthdates, can the system send us an email a week before the birthdate so we can prepare for it?
