I see that we can enter the agents birthdates, can the system send us an email a week before the birthdate so we can prepare for it?

we will have something similar to this request soon, basically in the automated user tasks templates you will be able to have RBO create a task days before or after an agents birthday to remind you to call them, we will also add triggers for hire date , and license expiration date.
