We had previously used Google Drive which was great because RBO would automatically download the documents to a folder within the Drive. However, we have now switched to a different drive service (Zoho Workdrive). This doesn't integrate with RBO, so it would be very convenient to be able to download all transaction documents for a single transaction with the click of a button. For example, when all tasks have been completed and a transaction is closed, it would be convenient to be able to click a button, tell RBO where to download all of the transaction documents to, and have it download everything all at once rather than needing to download each individual document.
