I'm a bit disappointed that new agents are unable to complete their onboarding process online, including the signing of brokerage and employment agreements. Having this capability would save me considerable time, as I currently need to send these documents through a different platform and then have them uploaded to their profile on Realtybackoffice.

Hello Roberto,
In RealtyBackOffice, we have a module called Working Documents & E-sign that allows you to upload and prepare onboarding documents and send them to your agents for signature. Once the agents have signed the documents, you can easily send them directly from the Working Document section to the agent's profile.
Additionally, we offer a Company Form Library where you can upload all the forms your company uses, making them readily available for your agents. They can then utilize these forms within the working documents section to send them to their clients for signature.

I have all my onboarding documents in working documents as a draft and they are able to complete, sign and then i move them to there user. No need to use a different platform
