Allow a DBA for commission checks

Happy to report this has been added, now in the user profile there is a DBA field, we also added a filter to search by DBA name. Lastly when a DBA is added disbursement authorizations will now show this name instead of agent name.

I really need to be able to have the broker demands be made out to the agents corporate name but do not want to change the agents name in the profile. Can we please have a DBA field for commission checks?
