Automatically send templated email when a task is marked complete

Task gets checked. E-mail goes out. Examples. Buyer makes mortgage application. Email automatically goes out that it is complete. It would also be awesome to be able to select a document to attach to it. For example. Mortgage commitment received. (select actual commitment doc and gets sent to all parties checked for that task). Be able to select which template and what parties in the transaction receive it.

Administrators have the ability to configure tasks and enable email notifications upon task completion within the RealtyBackOffice settings. Additionally, they can specify whether tasks necessitate associated documents. To set this up, the account Admin should navigate to Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company Office Settings > Automated Transaction Tasks Templates. From there, hover over the desired task, click on the three dots located on the right, and select edit.
