Is there an option for transaction status to have a rejected verse cancelled. IE offer wasnt accepted..but need to keep the transaction...it never went under contract

Seems like keeping excess information, what if a person writes a dozen offers and all are rejected. Why would anyone want to keep those offers in their system. Rejected offers in my opinion need to be kept in the CRM under that persons history. my 2 cents
