Capability of adding another tile on the dashboard for "pre offer" next to "Transactions Currently Active, Transactions Currently Pending & Transactions Closed Year-To-Date"

The reason I think this would be a good feature to include is because of the NAR Settlement, where we are going to need to list our buyers for compensation. The brokerage will be held responsible for the listed buyers, and it would be nice to have an easier way to access those transactions separately.

Hello Kayla Wigent
Thank you for taking the time to share your feature request with us.
While we cannot accommodate it at this time due to the current scope of our system, we value your input and will consider it in the future if our capabilities expand in that area.
In the meantime, you can use the filters in the Transactions module to filter transactions by transaction stage. To open the filters, go to Menu > Transactions > on the top right corner, click the inverted pyramid icon to open the filters > Transaction Stage > Select the stage you need. This will help you manage and access your pre-offer transactions more easily.

Why not just make a toggle switch that goes between "Buyer" and "Seller" for each transaction. All the other settings should cover things... and recommend each brokerage to request a "Buyers Representation Agreement".
BECAUSE.... The need to be able to filter immediately through all transactions as to if they are a "Buyers" or "Sellers" transactions is becoming more valid and urgent in the changing climate that is real estate. Thus the current method of changing the settings to "filter transactions" are tiresome and frustrating.
The request for an improvement doesn't come from a lack of understanding or user error but LITERALLY a suggested IMPROVEMENT...

Hello Chelse Allen,
Thank you for your feature request and for taking the time to share your ideas with us.
I wanted to let you know that within each transaction file, you can add the sellers' and buyers' information under the Contacts tab. Additionally, you can create a Transaction Task for the Buyer's Representation Agreement. To do this, the admin of your office needs to Go to Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Automated Transaction Task Templates. Click on "Add Transaction Task." Set all the triggers for the task.
The system will automatically display this task inside the transaction file under the Task tab when the task criteria are met.
