When a Transaction Document is automatically downloaded to the Broker's computer, it should be named based on the task and not based on the name the agent gives it. For example, a task may say "Upload signed copy of Purchase & Sale Agreement", but if the agent names the document "Bippity-bop" it will download to the Broker's computer as "Bippity-bop", not at "Purchase & Sale Agreement". I think the broker should be able to control the output title of a document based on the task itself. For example, when a transaction document is linked to the task "Upload signed copy of Purchase & Sale Agreement", the broker should be able to tell RBO that he/she would like the document to be titled "Purchase & Sale Agreement" when downloaded to his/her computer.
