Active listings are like counting chickens before they hatch. They should not be future income until they go pending. Separate them out from pending please. Pending is as close as you can get to forecasting income. Put active listings in one section, pending in another section of the pipeline and CLOSED in another section please.

As discussed our reports allow for you to filter the results you see for commission forecasting, so if you only want see forecasting for pending transactions you can certainly do that.
