When someone has a Lease Contract, it would be nice if the tasks did not include a mandatory checkbox to upload the fully executed purchase contract.

Thank you for your feature request.
Tasks listed inside the Transaction File are created by the Account Owner or Admin based on the compliance requirements of each office.
However, if you encounter a task you cannot complete, you can add a comment and email it to the admin.
To do this, hover over the task, go to the three dots on the right, and click "Add a Comment." A window will be displayed where you can add your comment and email it to the admin of your office.
